Kida is our first cat. We had been looking for different breeds when Vesku found pictures and character description of Siberian cats, and we knew we wanted one for ourselves. We found Kida with a lucky coincidence, Satu from Sibcoon´s cattery was planning to get kittens for spring and we were thinking to reserve one kitten from her future litter, but then she suggested that Lumikissan cattery had one kitten free because of a cancelled reservation. Lumikissan Tiina & Pasi sent pictures to us and we deciced to travel to Vaasa to take a look at the kitten. First time we saw Kida she was 9 weeks old, she was so wild, so fuzzy and cute with her big Disney -eyes and soft little paws, we just loved her from the very first second!
Kida has been a very easy cat although she has a little tortie temperature, she is so kind and learns "do´s and dont´s" very fast. Kida is very curious and nothing happens in the house without her knowing. She is very prudent and she estimates every situation before she takes part. You know exactly on what mood she is by just looking at her facial expressions :)
Kida loves food. Salmon is her favourite and she loves tuna and mince. When we pamper our cats and give them their favourite foods, Kida can sometimes eat so much that she can only lay down on her back and breathe heavily.
Although Kida doesn´t like cat shows much, she gets great reviews from the judges and she´s simply a beauty and as breeding cat she has proved her worth, she´s more than we ever hoped for. Kida is the first Lumikissan female who received GIC title, we are very proud of our momma :)
